PREOL, a.s. is the largest rapeseed processor in the Czech Republic. At our modern facility in Lovosice, we produce biofuels, animal feed, edible oils, and pharmaceutical-grade glycerine. Using state-of-the-art De Smet Ballestra technology, we process up to 460,000 tons of rapeseed every year.
We are part of the AGROFERT Group and actively contribute to the development and promotion of biofuels in both the Czech Republic and the European Union through our involvement in SVB, EBB, and ČTPB.

Our entire production facility
is located within the industrial chemical complex in Lovosice and operates using state-of-the-art technology supplied by the Belgian–Italian company
De Smet Ballestra. The modern plant processes 460,000 tons of rapeseed annually, producing rapeseed oil methyl ester (biofuel) as well as extracted and extruded rapeseed meal.

Biochar
PREOL Biochar
Biochar (natural charcoal) is a natural porous carbonaceous material that can contribute to a better environment and sustainability. It also improves soil quality, thereby ensuring higher fertility. Thanks to its sponge-like structure, it has the ability to retain moisture, bind nutrients, and support microbial life. Biochar is also an effective tool for long-term carbon storage.

- Cooperate on projects within the AGROFERT Group, focusing on the development of raw materials for livestock feed production
